Returns:

Thank you for shopping with Yay Panties. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection(s), we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Underwear is final sale only.

All items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the exact condition as they arrived (including all labels/tags intact).

Any items found to be marked by lipstick, deodorant or makeup will not be refunded
Please also be aware that we will not refund on items returned to us which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor. Items sold as a set must be returned as a set.
Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.

* Note that our underwear are not refundable and are final sales.
Please include your order number with your returns paperwork when you return the item.
You must email us to arrange your return prior to sending back any item(s).
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery method, please note that all return postage costs are at the customer's own expense.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account, and an additional 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your billing statement as each bank's processing time varies. Credit will be issued for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only.
